Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Pre-orders will ship according to the estimated release window listed on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your order.

Delivery times vary by carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship separately from in-stock products. If your order contains both, they may arrive at different times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

Some delays may occur due to carrier issues, high-volume seasons, customs, or production timelines on pre-order items. We will always provide updates if any unexpected delays arise.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We’ll help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. OG Toy Art Studio is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
